Terms of Service

By creating an account on Shaiya Obsession (“the service”) you agree to the following terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to register an account. If local laws set a higher age limit, you must meet that limit instead.

2. Account Ownership

• Accounts are provided as a service. The operators retain ownership of all game data, characters, and virtual items.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We cannot recover items lost to compromised accounts unless our anti-cheat logs prove staff fault.
• One person, one account is the default policy unless explicitly allowed.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to break the law, harm other players, or disrupt the game. The full list of in-game conduct rules is on the Game Rules page; violations may end your access without notice or refund.

4. Intellectual Property

Shaiya is a registered trademark of its original developers and publishers. Shaiya Obsession is a non-profit fan project run for the community. We don’t claim ownership of any official Shaiya assets, music, or trademarks. All third-party rights are acknowledged.

5. Service Availability

We do our best to keep the server online, but we provide the service “as is” with no uptime guarantee. Maintenance, hardware failure, or wipes may occur with limited notice.

6. Donations & Virtual Goods

Any donation made for in-game perks is voluntary. See our Refund Policy for details on refundable circumstances.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account for rule violations, abuse, or activity that threatens server stability. Terminated accounts cannot be transferred or sold.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
